What happens to the details you send through the estimate form, and how to have them deleted.

What the Estimate Form Collects
The estimate form asks for the job type, your ZIP code, any details and photos you add, your name, your phone number and your email address. It also records the page you sent it from and the date and time.
The request also says how you found this site: the name of the site or app that sent you here (for example Google, ChatGPT or Facebook), any campaign tags in the link, and the first page you saw. Your browser keeps this note on your device. The site uses it for 30 days at most and sends it only with an estimate request.
Who Receives Your Request
Your request goes to one or two local concrete contractors who work in your area, so they can call or email you about the estimate.
The concrete work is done by an independent local contractor, who visits, prices the job and does the work. Each contractor handles your details under their own business practices.
Photos
Photos are used only to help the contractors understand the job. Location data stored in a photo is removed when you upload it, and the photos go to the contractors with your request.
How We Contact You
By phone call or email only. We don't send text messages.
We never sell your details, and we never add you to a mailing list.
Google Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It uses cookies and collects things like the pages you view, your type of device and your rough location. It records that an estimate request was sent, but not your name or contact details.
Google explains how it uses information from sites like this one, and you can turn Google Analytics off with its opt-out browser add-on.
Spam Check
On the last step of the estimate form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person. It runs in your browser and sometimes shows a box to tick. Cloudflare explains what it collects for this check in its Turnstile privacy addendum.
Where and How Long We Keep Your Request
We keep your request in this website's records, in our email and in a private spreadsheet in our Google account. None of them are public.
We keep estimate requests for 24 months, then erase your contact details.
Asking Us to Delete Your Details
Ask us to erase your details and we'll remove your name, phone number, email address and photos from our records. We keep a note that the erasure happened, without your details.
Use this form with the email address or phone number you gave on the estimate form. The request comes only to PGH Concrete and is never passed to a contractor.
Children
This site is for homeowners and isn't meant for children.
Changes to This Policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
